Come to the Darkside

I like to describe myself artistically as an artist that pushes the idea surreality while still being in the realm of reality itself. I am always craving to create pieces that will blow minds because they are so surreal appearing. But it is always the challenge of how in the world I am going to accomplish a piece like that.

Photography is often like a puzzle set. Except for having the pieces already to be connected, you are the creator of the puzzle, you have created every piece, know how it should look when it is completed, but, you don't know how to connect each piece to make the whole image.

I am making it yet another addition to my list of goals for myself as a creator, to take the challenge of making mind blowing pieces. This image took me a few days to complete since I would shoot little bits at a time so I could figure out what needed to be done in order to make the image final. I don't know why I have always had the mindset that everything needs to be completed from point A to point B in one sitting. I took the time I needed to ensure that this image came out an image I am proud to present to the world, and in the end, it is nothing that could have been a better way to create an image.

It's always so amazing to see what different things I can learn as I grow as an artist. There is so much I am going to accomplish, so many goals to reach, and I am so excited to see where this journey leads me. I hope so many artists are finding inspiration like I am.
